Believe 2005 Sept. 14, 2005 |
Prov 1:23 Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. This is the word that the Lord gave me today. He woke me up and said "Believe 2005" and then He gave me the following message: "I will pour out My Spirit upon My people and those who have faith enough to believe in My Word will cup their hands together in faith and receive blessings that they shall not have room enough to receive," sayeth the Lord. I thought, Lord that doesn't make sense because the year is almost over and He said again, "Believe 2005". You see, temporarily I forgot that believing doesn't always make sense. There are so many people that think we are fools for believing in God, especially after all off the devastation that was just experienced due to Hurricane Katrina. However, what those people don't realize is that God may not have been able to get some people's attention any other way. But now, they are crying out to Him and He is ministering to them through all of the people that are providing homes, clothing, food, jobs, etc. Some of the helpers had to take time off of their own jobs to help someone they have never met. Does that make sense? I am sitting here writing this while Hurricane Ophelia is currently dumping rain all around the areas that I work and live. Does that make sense? Think about all the bills that were due in your name that somehow got paid this year, did that make sense? Faith does not make sense! Believe 2005! God has many blessing in store for you. This year has been filled with record breaking phenomenons. Let's create an atmosphere that will allow our God to pour out all of the blessings that He has stored up for His people.
