| What Does God Require? Dec. 12, 2007 |

Micah 6:8 NKJV He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? God requires that we treat others the way we want to be treated, and to also treat others the way that he treats us. Our conduct as believers ought to speak volumes to others and those around us making an incredible impact for Jesus Christ. Here are a few qualities that God requires us to display to the world. · We are to be an example to nonbelievers not just by words, but by our actions. · We are to act justly. · We are to make Godly decisions on all affairs that we deal with in life. · We are to love and display mercy. (God is always merciful when dealing with us. Even when he disciplines us, he is merciful in the fact that our chastisement could have been worst.) · And God requires that we walk humbly with him. (If we walk humbly with God, we can walk humbly with people. God blesses and gives favor to those who are humble.) Let us remember and do what God requires. I hope you enjoyed reading the word of God in a new light. Have a Happy Wednesday! God Bless, Minister Tommy & Sis. Shatika Gray |
