Eccl 3:1 NKJV To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: There is a time and a season for everything. Whenever God allows heartache and pain to come about in our lives, it is always for a reason, and it lasts for only a season. The season that God currently has you in will only last long enough for God to accomplish his purpose. Here are a few things to remember when going through your season. 1. God controls the length of your season. He controls how long it goes on. 2. God controls the intensity of your season. He controls how much pain you will encounter while you are in your season. 3. God will spare no pain in order to accomplish his purpose. God's purpose often involves pain, but God allows pain because he knows that it will help us get to where he wants us to be. PRAYER FOR THE WEEK Lord, help me to see my season through your eyes. I hope you enjoyed reading the word of God in a new light. Have a Happy Wednesday!
